The candidate should possess at least Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
Work Experience: 3-5 years
Job Requirement:
3-5 years of experience in interior design Sector in similar position.
Consulting with Chief Architect on the preliminary
design concept to finalize the layout plan, internal elevation, type
& style.
Prepare preliminary drawing under the guidelines of the team leader.
Guide the CAD operator for the guidelines of the team leader.
Develop design according to the requirements and concept.
Prepare full working drawing set for contractor.
Visit sites and supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification.
Revise plan during construction, if any modification required.
Prepare detail drawing of landscaping & decorative features for site.
Prepare design specification, finish schedule, door
and window detail, material, costs and construction schedule. (As per
requirements from the client).
Prepare as built drawing.
Liaison with Consultant Architect & check the drawing and forwarded for construction.
Should involve in design development, working drawings and presentation drawings.
Member of finishing team.
Should have experience of five star standard hotel interior, resort, vacation club, shopping mall, hospital etc.
Energetic, confident and proactive.
Strong interpersonal & communication skill is must.
