The ideal candidate should be a Graduate in Engineering/ Diploma in Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical). Candidates who have prior product and market knowledge of Control Instrumentation and Steam Engineering shall be given preference. Job Description: Creating sales opportunity and identify the target customers for selling product. Create market and achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization. Identify key customers and extend personalized service to them. Building, establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients. Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service. Able to achieve sales target. Able to prepare and maintain sales reports. Communicate with customers & maintain long term business relation. Identify & plan for approach strategy for prospective client & target segment. Ability to work independently & in a team environment. Willing to travel extensively all over Bangladesh and meet most of the customers in rural areas. Fluency in English.
