activities in automobiles. Proton Service Center Limited (PSCL) another concern of same group provides
after sales and maintenance support for automobiles. It provides a
range of services for cars of all brands using the latest technological
machinery for maintenance, repair and automobile customization
services is looking for candidates for the following post for urgent
requirement.

- Master in Marketing/B.Sc. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institution.
- At least 08 years working experience in similar position in a repute National/Multi-national organization in relevant field.
- Age should not exceed 50 years.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in English is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities: (For Service Center)
- Oversee all operations, functions of PSCL including TQM for emergency fleet,ESD,CSD,Accounts,collection,admin,facilities,security,health safety & environment of the unit & manage all hand-on operational aspects of the Company.
- Develop corporate and operational strategies of the PSCL.
- Provide detailed input for the quotations, planning and reviews of all workshop projects.
- Lead the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business objectives.
- Provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the Company.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the Company.
- Ensure effectiveness of all internal, external processes & Inventory Management also.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating conditions of the Company.
- Estimate costs and load imposing matter of new installation or maintaining equipment, Tools or service or spares.
- Keeping relation with potential customers and maintain to explore for new prospects.
- Allocate work and support to the workshop staff in the most efficient and effective way.
Job Responsibilities for Automobile:
- Must be able to lead a Team of highly motivated sales personnel, take decisions and achieve results in a competitive market.
- Formulate Sales and Marketing strategy.
- Organize cash and lease sale
- Develop corporate sale
- Able to analyze sale trends, preparing marketing plan and yearly sales forecast.
- Exercising independent judgment and analytical skill in solving Technical, Administrative and Managerial problem.
- Must need target set jointly with Management
- Inventory Management
