KRAFT a leading fashion house of Bangladesh is looking for dynamic

Position: Shop Manager
Number of Vacancies: 07
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Responsible for entire operation of the outlets; plan, organize, implement, control day to day operations of the stores.
- Open and close the shop in schedule time.
- 15 minutes daily briefing with all sales personnel before opening shop.
- Receive products from Distribution Department according to the Distribution Challan.
- Email daily sales report to the accounts.
- Deposit money to the Bank and submit the deposit slip to the accounts.
- Ensure all electrical and other fittings are in good condition.
- Receive order and alter from customers and send it to Distribution Department.
- Ensure all the received styles have been displayed properly.
- Ensure sufficient accessories (Shopping bags, printer rolls, paper etc.) stock for shop management.
- Assign departmental employees responsibilities and maintain job descriptions.
- Supervise work process of all sales personnel.
- Ensure all products have stored properly.
- Ensure internet, IP-camera, phone, mobile, generator, electricity line, lights, computer, software are working properly.
- Pest control to protect all stored or displayed products.
- Change the outfit of mannequin in everyday.
- Keep all products out of direct sunlight and dust.
- Responsible for shop security.
- Lead, monitor, appraise and train up team members to achieve sales target.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction by regular
inspection, take input and share it with product development team in
regular basis for better customer services.
- Follow up time to time competitors activities & make sure the action strategies for better marketing plan and execution.
- Submit all reports to the Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing.
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching,
counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and
appraising job results.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements
by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other
persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.
- The applicants should have experience in the
following area(s): Retail Sale, Customer Support/Client service,
Marketing, Public Relation.
- Have mentality to work up to extended hours.
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Smart and having good communication skill in Bangla and English.
- Must have knowledge of operating computer.
Salary: Negotiable.
Job Location: Dhaka and Chittagong.
Job Nature: Full Time.
