Job Responsibilities:
- Expertise in CDMA, GSM, UMTS and (basic) LTE Technologies.
- Experience in Bug tracking tools and log defects.
- Field Test and Drive testing on the CDMA/UMTS/GSM technology.
- Functional, performance and compatibility testing
of smartphones. The products are manufactured by own software and
hardware developers.
- Bug reports, reproduce and verify, analyses and
track the problems, keep efficient communications with other test and
development engineers.
- Based on requirements, write or update test plans and schedules for test projects.
- Write and update test report, quality evaluate, analyze and control, give suggestions from different angles.
- Test environment build, test procedures optimize, and other related works assigned by your manager.
- The products to be tested include communications
cards and software that run Windows and Linux systems and also a suite
of communications network devices.
- Candidate will be working closely with other test
engineers and our software and hardware development engineers based in
Shenzhen. There may be opportunities in the future to work at our
overseas offices for short periods of time for some projects.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
- Configuration of smartphones
- Knowledge of Mobile networks
- Familiar with functional and performance test, ability to test cases
- Quality control and communication hardware knowledge is a plus
- Conscientious and responsible, good ability to discover, analyze and solve problems
- Fast learning and good communication skills, have team spirit.
- Self-motivated and good at planning and time management, can work under pressure
- Able to read and write English well and follow test plans and specifications in English
- Able to understand and speak English and knowing Chinese is a plus
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 year(s)
- Majored in Telecommunication (better)
- Have some knowledge and work experience in telecommunication industry (1 year experience is
preferable)
- Familiar with all functions and operations of mobile phone as well as testing software.
- Excellent English language on communication skill
and able to listen, speak, read and write in both language, (English
certificate are required)
- Skilled in using computer and Microsoft Office software is a must
- Skilled logical thinking ability
- Pro-active, self-motivated and self- driven
- Hard-working, responsible with pleasant personality
- Subject to arrangement.
- Good sense of teamwork and service..
- Be able to work with persons of different cultural background
- Able to work under great pressure
